Go on, Run on a Socialism Mantra...And Renew Your Damned Passports

The moment Dems announce they're ready to run on socialism in any form the game's bloody over, and that despite the hundreds of excellent existing programs that are iterations of democratic socialism here. Just a few:

Despite the truth that these programs show that we are a mixed economy (but not akin to Scandanavia's which might well be more useful)...campaigning on the socialist mantra is the one move nearly guaranteed to tend toward the steady destruction of these terrific programs once the re-election further elevates our neo-fascism and solidifies it.

So, go on, insist on running on a Socialism mantra.

You'll feel righteous and pure and (very temporarily) free.

IN WHAT THE HELL NATION DO YOU THINK YOU ARE LIVING?

I KNOW WHERE I AM AND WHAT TRIGGERS THE VERY WORST HERE.

Do we all know where we live?

I am far more interested in preserving and building on actual democratic-socialist programs, far more than I am in any slogan or word that announces ideology, particularly an ideological purity.

​Of course, do what you want...but do renew your damned passports.
